1 Kool ‘27 roadster
I have got to vouch for this Camaro… It’s arguably the most unknown, understated and undervalued one there is. Made available as a package by Gorries Chevrolet Olds, to commemorate the original name of the Chevrolet Camaro. Included in the package was rear leaf stiffeners, heavy duty front coil springs, and 10” disc brakes. They were powered by your choice of a stock 327 or an optional ZL1 aluminum block 427. It is estimated that a little under fifty of these were made, and only 2 are known to exist today. One is owned by Bob Simonen, who purchased the car in April of 1967, drove it daily until 1980, and parked it until 2001 when he had it restored.
